Snow Day! Well atleast it was for the little guys. For the rest of the kiddos it was just a 2 hour delay (though they really should of canceled). Unfortunately asthma is a part of life for my little man. He's pretty good about telling us when he needs to have a treatment (though when he is gasping for breath between coughing fits, we kind of get the picture). On Tuesday I was able to take the kids over to Beaver Bark to see Santa and a couple of his reindeer!  Getting all 6 kids to look towards the camera was a challenge, but we did manage to get a couple good ones.  Cassie didn't seem to mind sitting on Santa's lap and the kids all enjoyed telling him what they wanted for Christmas!  Afterwards we went outside and saw a couple of his reindeers.  I

The answer to the question asked a couple days ago.  Jaxon fell off the play structure in our backyard head first.   Thankfully he didn't land directly on his head (I still have nightmares about him falling off and breaking his neck/back!).  His shoulder took the brunt of the fall and he cracked the bone.  Luckily all he has to do is wear the sling for a couple weeks and it should heal up just

I got to hang out with Doogie's class this morning on a field trip to Columbia Park for the Salmon Summit.  The kids had been raising salmon in their classroom since January and today they got to release the fish into the Columbia River along with other schools in the Tri-Cities and surrounding areas.  They each got to release one fish.  We also got to go around to different booths along the park

Bubbles, bubbles and more bubbles!  Jaxon was very excited when one of his friends from preschool had a birthday and handed out goodie bags at school!  One of the items in his bag were bubbles, so as soon as we got home from school he was out in the backyard blowing away!  CJ joined in for a while as well chasing them around the yard as Jaxon blew them out!

Since Doug was going to be at soccer practice with Jayde I got the privilege of going with Doogie's Cub Scout group on a hike up Badger Mountain.  It was a beautiful day for a hike and we all got a good workout!

Doug ended up coaching Jayde's soccer team this year.  He had a great group of girls they all got along really well and played hard for him.  They had a great season and I'm sad that Jayde won't be with them again next year since she'll be playing on an ASE team.  What a great group of girls!

We have had this toy since Jayde was a baby (or maybe it was Ryann...) either way we've had it for a while now.  The kids love to play with it still.  CJ was playing with Cassie opening and shutting the door and playing peek a boo!

Doogie's class had a field trip today to the Whitman Mission and Fort Walla Walla. I was lucky enough to be able to go with them. The kids love Movie Night and tonights movie was the new Narnia that just came out. Ryann was sitting in Doug's lap checking out the pictures that came along with the movie before the movie got started. They all really enjoyed the movie, not to mention the yummy popcorn!
